In 2010, Joel Caducio founded Specialized Pharma Analytics LLC (SPA) near the heart of the pharmaceutical industry: Jersey City, NJ. He has more than 20 years experience in patient community, pharmaceutical market research, forecasting, strategy and marketing. His career encompasses US and global roles at big pharmaceutical companies such as Novartis AG, Sanofi-Aventis, Roche and Abbott.
Unique in pharmaceutical market research, Mr. Caducio not only has experience working with medical specialists, but also has a background in the patient community. He has been a consultant for the American Cancer Society and Los Angeles County Office of AIDS Policy and Programs. He has developed HIV patient programs that include counseling and prevention services. His extensive work directly with patients allows him to provide a unique methodology in patient research.
Mr. Caducio holds a dual MBA/MPH (public health) degree from Columbia University (New York) and dual BA in Economics and Art History from Cornell University.
SPA is a member of the Pharmaceutical Market Research Group (PMRG) and the Qualitative Research Consultant Association (QRCA). Through carefully chosen local partners, SPA has capabilities in US, China, Brazil, Mexico, Japan, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and UK.
SPA has conducted projects for two of the top 5 pharmaceutical companies, a major biotech firm, and a major cancer organization.
